Renewal user name and password help

Your original license user name and password was sent to the email address provided when you purchased your ESET product.

If you purchased your license from CompuTech4u.net we will have a record of your license user name and password. Include your user name in the order form and we will look up your record.

If you have lost your license user name and password you may have ESET
send your license user name and password directly to your email

Carefully transcribe the case sensitive characters exactly as shown or copy and paste your user name and password into the required fields in the shopping cart during the checkout process and we will expedite your renewal license.

If your current user name and password are retained. Please allow 24-48 hours for the new expiration date to display and for updates.

Please print out, write down and save your ESET license user name and password. They will be required for all future renewals.

User name and password instructions

1) Open the main program window by clicking the icon in the Windows notification area or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus.

2) Click 'Update' and then click 'User name and Password setup'. The User name is shown, the Password is hidden.
